Please try to download there files at here:
http://www.venustheme.com/cloud/shopping/
Then upload and unzip Ves_Tabs module packages into webroot folder in your site to update them. 
Then upload and unzip file template_common_list.zip into app/design/frontend/ves_shopping/default/template/common/list folder
