Our theme demo layout http://demoleotheme.com/fashion/index.php/?___store=english3 are using 6 products carousel extension to show different products block on homepage. Your site are using default layout of the theme, it just was made to show only 1 module ves tabshome on homepage.
 
If you want to show other products carousel on homepage. Please try to setup ves products carousel2, products carousel 3 on your site, then copy the files app/design/frontend/base/default/layout/ves_productscarousel2(3).xml to the theme folder app/design/frontend/default/ves_fashion/layout/
Then you should go to admin > System > Configuration > Ves Products Carousel 2(3) to config data source and module block on frontend.
