The problem because the admin route in your site are using custom “goodadmin/”
Please try to download the file at here http://www.venustheme.com/cloud/config.xml
Then upload it into the folder app/code/community/Ves/FAQ/etc/
If it still not fix issue in your site. Please provide me the website information, I will try to check and help you resolve it.
