You can deactivate the offcanvas-sidebars-buttons by custom css in theme control panel
Go to admin panel > venustheme > ves template panel > theme control panel
select store view > Customization tabs > custom css
paste code below in content
#ves-mainnav .navbar-toggle {display:none}
save & clear cache
