Hello Mate, you can use file CSV to translate them follow:
– add folder package your language to /app/design/frontend/ves_fashion_v3/default/locale/name packge your language /translate.csv
like exampale: /app/design/frontend/ves_fashion_v3/default/locale/en_US/translate.csv
– open file translate.csv to add text you want translate
  like code : “Information”,”Informacje”
                  “text original”,”your text translate”
