Although the translation function is not applicable for your static blocks and CMS Pages, you can handle it by the Inline Translation. In this post, Venustheme will show you the most easy way to get it.
STEP1.
Go to System >> Configuration >> ADVANCED >> Developer.
STEP2.
In Admin Panel, go to System >> Configuration >> Current Configuration Scope on the top-left, select the store view for translation. For example, we choose Dutch in “ Current Configuration Scope”
(1) Uncheck” User Website” box.
(2) Set Enabled for Frontend to Yes.
>> Save Config.
STEP 3.
Go to the front end >>Switch to your desired store view >> select element you want to have inline translation >>Click the book icon >> select Store View Specific and then submit. Here is the example:
Notice: Please remember to clear cache to make sure that Inline Translation work perfectly.
